HCG Diet – any good meat recipes out there?

Does anyone have any good recipes for the meat portions? I bought a George Foreman grill to grill meats, and of course my oven to bake. But does anyone know any good recipes out there? Because I know you can’t use alot of marinades and sauces and stuff like that. Any good spices to use? Things like that. I don’t want just plain bland meat with no flavor!

THANK YOU!!!

James answers:

You can grill sausage, pork chops, chicken, burgers…. As far as spices, I like Morton’s seasoning blend and Mrs’ Dash garlic and herb, but with Mrs’ Dash you have to add your own salt.

Can anyone help me out with a few Hcg Phase 2 Recipes?

I started the Hcg diet on 2-22 I am already down 14 pounds so im doing pretty well if I do say so myself. I just need different meal ideas. So please feel free to share your ideas. Thanks!

James answers:

I have no idea, really. I just started the diet (injections) ]last week. I came here to search the same info. Do you like seafood? I bought some large sea scallops, and lemon and herbs are allowed on my program, so it’s an okay and different protein option if you like seafood.
So far I’ve had beef, tuna and cod.
I’m having trouble with the vegetables. I LOVE veggies, but I’m only allowed 9 or so on my plan, and there are only about 3 I like. There is only so much spinach and tomato I can eat, you know?
Oh, I haven’t tried it yet, but my plan allows egg whites. I guess you could make an omelet and add onion or spinach to it.
Congrats on your weight loss! It sounds like you are doing well!

Sweet-n-Spicy Chicken Wraps
100 grams of chicken
4 Cabbage leaves whole
1 Small Gala apple cored and chopped
2 TBSP of Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
Water
1 TBSP Tabasco Course Ground Mustard
2 gloves of garlic minced
2 TBSP of Organic Beef or Chicken Broth
Pepper to taste
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

In one small skillet put 100 grams of chicken with 2 TBSP of Braggs Liquid Aminos, Black Pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook chicken until done, adding water to deglaze pan and keep chicken moist.

While chicken is cooking add water to another large pan (try a 8″-10″ pan with high sides so the cabbage leaves lay open and will not tear) and bring to a boil. Add Cabbage leaves one at a time just to cook until cabbage leaf is tender and plyable. (You may want to remove the hard veins of larger leaves.) As they are done remove and set aside.

Once the chicken is completely cooked remove from the pan, let it cool, and chop it up, retaining the juices. To those juices, add the minced garlic 1 TBSP of mustard and about 2 TBSP of organic beef or chicken broth. Bring to boil and cook your apples in this mixture. Once the apples start cooking down and become tender, add the chopped chicken to the apples.

Take your large steamed cabbage leaves and spoon in the mixture and roll into wraps. This dish is sweet and spicy and very filling.

Salad dressings allowed on the hcg diet?

I’m starting the hcg diet in a couple days and i know that chicken salads and round steak salads will be my go to’s for the most part. But i won’t eat a dry salad. I’m looking for dressing recipes that will go well, that are allowed on this diet. No carbs…no sugars.

Can anybody help?
